How to buy Bonnie Beef product
We deliver into Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and areas in-between. Our beef comes directly from our own property, or from small farms in our community owned by farmers who care about the welfare of their own animals. You may order at any time by calling us at the farm, emailing your request, filling in the order form via the links from each pack, or visiting us in person at a market.
We deliver fresh product within two to three weeks following packing to ensure freshness and flavour. Should there be any un-sold packs, we freeze these down for later deliveries. We currently deliver into Brisbane on the Saturday after each process, or after the Brisbane markets (the first, second and fourth Saturday of each month) (excepting public holidays). Delivery to Sunshine Coast areas is on Sundays after the Noosa Farmers’ Markets. We also occasionally deliver on other days by arrangement, or announcement via our email newsletter.
Pre-ordered packs may also be picked up at our market stalls – currently at the Powerhouse (New Farm in Brisbane), Mitchelton (Mitchelton, Brisbane) and Noosa Farmers’ Markets.
For our customers within designated delivery areas, your carton price includes delivery.
If we have packs in stock, we can fill orders on our next delivery day. Otherwise, you may pre-order a pack for our next process. We are currently processing animals at roughly two to four-week intervals, but this may increase as our customer base does. Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You are also welcome to place standing orders, based on your family’s requirements.
Remaining cuts not allocated to our customer orders are sold at our market stall at the Powerhouse and Noosa Farmers’ Markets.
Once you place your order, we will contact you with payment and delivery details.
Pre-ordered packs, and orders placed just before we process will be delivered un-frozen. Packs in stock may be frozen, but this does not affect the quality of our beef in any way. Vacuum-packed meat can be stored frozen for up to two years without any deterioration in quality.
Once we have compiled our delivery schedule for the day, we will contact you with an approximate time of delivery. Someone will need to be at home to take delivery of your order and pack it away into your fridge or freezer.
We currently attend the Powerhouse Markets (Brisbane) on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, The Mitchelton Markets (Brisbane) on the first Sunday of each month, and the Noosa Farmers’ Market (Noosa) every Sunday except the first Sunday of each month (where we are at Mitchelton Markets in Brisbane).
At all of the markets we are able to sell pre-ordered 5 kg Sampler Packs, “leftover” cuts not included in our pre-ordered bulk packs, and take orders for home delivery. We can also chat about Bonnie Beef and your beef requirements.
As a small producer, we operate in cycles, so all cuts and packs may not be available each week. The best way to guarantee the best cuts, is to order a pack for delivery or pick-up.
Our packs currently include a 10 kg Starter Pack, a 10 kg Mixed Pack (when available) of “Regular” or “Exotic” and Wagyu, a Quarter pack (approximately 31 kg) and a Half Pack (approximately 51 kg). Whole beasts and sides are also available on request.
We are limited in how much we can customise packs as we are selling our beef straight from our farm. We have to sell the whole animal in order to remain viable, so our packs have been developed to achieve this as fairly as possible, and deliver value for money to our customers. If you have specific requirements, please contact us to see what we can do for you. For instance, we are able to substitute corned beef and sausages for those customers that suffer from allergies to preservatives (the only products in our packs that have any additives).
Any product not pre-ordered in our packs will be available for individual sale at our market stall.
Bulk orders are vacuum-packed into meals suitable for two adults or a small family meal and then packed into manageable 10 kg cartons. Each 10 kg box of cryovaced meat will take up about 14-16 litres of freezer space.
You will enjoy the flexibility of having a wide choice of beef cuts right at your fingertips. A “creative” pack consisting of generous amounts of gourmet mince and sausages, and a selection of cuts chosen by the farmer. Starting with three packs of 10 sausages and 1.5 kg premium mince (in 500g packs), then topped up with cuts designed to give you access to a cross-selection of our beef.

If you wish to know more, or to secure a supply of Bonnie Beef, fill in the order form, contact us by e-mail or phone us at the farm. You can secure your order immediately by paying the amount due by direct deposit when you place your order, or you can pay at least two days before delivery. We can also accept cash or EFTPOS on delivery with prior arrangement. Delivery is only guaranteed with prior payment or COD arrangement.
Payment is via cash (when you order in person at a market, or on delivery), or through secure direct deposit through your bank account. We also have mobile EFTPOS facilities (Visa, Mastercard or cash cards) available at our market stall or on delivery.
